Do agents work while I’m offline?
Yes - schedules, heartbeats, and email handling run around the clock. That’s the point.
Which AI subscription should I connect?
Whichever you already pay for. ChatGPT is the common choice; Claude (direct or through Claude Code), Grok, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Kimi, MiniMax, Z.AI, Qwen Cloud, and OpenRouter all work too. Connect several, set per-agent or per-schedule models, and order cross-provider fallback chains.
What happens when my AI account hits its limit?
With multiple accounts connected, the priority order is a fallback chain. With one, runs pause and the banner tells you - nothing silently breaks.
Can agents spend my money?
Only credits (research tools), only inside the caps you set. Purchases, refunds, anything financial in the real world - those are ticket territory by briefing.
Can I undo something an agent did?
Sent email, no - which is why draft-for-review exists. Docs are editable, missions restorable from Archive/Trash, scheduled sends cancelable until they fire.
How many agents do I need?
Start with the lead plus one lane you feel weekly (support or content, usually). Add lanes when a playbook earns it - a bigger squad isn’t better, a busier one is.
Do you train models on my data?
Your workspace data drives your agents. It isn’t training material.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes - the MissionControlHQ iOS app is on the App Store. The phone is the decision device: see everything that needs you (tickets and email approvals) in one queue and answer in a tap, watch the mission board, chat with your lead, and nudge any agent. Same account, same live data as the dashboard.
Does it work with Discord?
Yes - Settings → Discord adds bots that answer DMs from allowed people and reply when @mentioned in your server's channels. Same squad and board as Telegram, another door in.
Can multiple team members share one workspace?
Teammates talk to the squad on Telegram: allow them per bot under Settings → Telegram → "Who can message it" and they chat with agents exactly like you do. Anyone can follow along through the read-only share link, no account needed - it shows the live board and every workspace doc. The dashboard sign-in and controls stay with the owner.
Why did a run cost more tokens than usual?
Open it in Runs - the detail itemizes tokens and shows what it read. Long docs and big research passes are the usual reasons.
What if I cancel?
Export everything first (Settings → Backup & Export); agents stop at the period’s end. No hostage data.
💡 Tip: Not answered here? Help → Chat with support puts your own lead agent on it instantly, and Help → Email us reaches a human fast - if your question exposes a gap in these docs, it’ll get written in.
