Skills: capabilities your agents build

When an agent nails a procedure - a refund-eligibility check, a rate-card lookup - it can save the recipe as a skill: a reusable capability any future run can pick up. The Skills screen is the shelf: search, filter by tag, enable/disable per skill, and open any to read exactly what it does.

Badges tell you what needs you: Needs setup (installed but not yet discoverable - one “Fix with [agent]” click starts the repair), Missing requirements (a credential or tool it needs isn’t connected - the card lists exactly what), Curated (maintained by the platform), Disabled (yours to flip back on).

Ask for a skill instead of repeating a task

That [task] you just did — turn it into a skill: name it, describe when to use it, and capture the exact steps including the edge cases we hit. I want any of the squad to run it the same way without me re-explaining.

💡 Tip: Skills are how one-time wins become permanent capability. The best time to ask for one is the moment something worked.
