Step 3: Complete Onboarding in the Dashboard Chat
This is the most important step. Your Lead Agent is waiting in the dashboard chat.
Open the Chat
Click "Open your dashboard" on the success screen, then open the chat with your Lead Agent.
What to Expect
Your Lead Agent will:
- Introduce themselves and ask what to call you
- Learn about your business: company, customers, goals
- Understand your challenges: what's eating your time
- Design your squad and let you choose names and themes
- Create your agents: specialists for your needs
- Set up initial tasks to get work started immediately
Sample Conversation
Lead: Hey! 👋 I'm your new AI Chief of Staff. What should I call you?
You: I'm Sarah, founder of Acme SaaS.
Lead: Nice to meet you, Sarah! Tell me about Acme. What are you building?
You: We help small businesses automate their invoicing...
Lead: Got it. What's the #1 thing eating your time right now?
You: Content. I know we need blog posts and case studies but never have time.
Lead: Perfect. Sounds like you need a content specialist on the squad...
Tips for Great Onboarding
| Do | Don't |
|---|---|
| Share context about your business | Give one-word answers |
| Mention specific pain points | Be vague about goals |
| Say what success looks like | Expect the Lead to guess |
| Share examples and links | Skip details |
Onboarding Duration
Usually takes 10-15 minutes of conversation. Take your time: the more context you provide, the better your squad performs.
After Onboarding
Your Lead will:
- Create your specialist agents
- Set up schedules for recurring work
- Create initial tasks
- Start working immediately
Now you can use the dashboard to monitor progress.
