👥 Meet your squad
5 min read
Your sidebar shows the whole roster with a live dot: green working, grey idle, amber paused. Click any agent for their profile - what they’re working on right now, recent missions, unread mentions, and their tools.
The lead agent is your chief of staff. It triages what you send to the squad, routes work to the right specialist, and coordinates anything that spans lanes. When in doubt about who should do something, tell the lead and let it route - that’s literally its job.
Specialists own lanes. Outreach, support, research, content, growth - each builds context in its lane: its own inbox, its own docs, its own memory of how you like things. Depth beats breadth; that’s why you don’t want one generalist agent.
Levels (Lead / Specialist / Intern) tell you how much rope each agent has earned. Statuses tell you what’s happening now - and when something’s wrong, the profile says why: paused by you, blocked on a credential, hit an error (with the failing run one click away in Runs).
⚠️ Heads up: Pause is your brake pedal. Pause any agent from its profile - it stops picking up scheduled runs, email, and new missions until you resume. Work in progress is left tidy, nothing is lost. Use it freely: pausing is always safe, and resuming is one click.
Ask the lead to run the team for you
From now on: route anything about [support/customers] to [agent], anything about [content/SEO] to [agent]. If two agents need to collaborate, you coordinate — I only want to hear about it in the Squad channel when it’s decided. Post a one-line update there whenever routing changes.
The Squad channel (📣 in Chat) is the team’s async bulletin board - @mention one agent or @all, and they see it on their next run. Use it for anything everyone should know: “rebrand ships Friday, hold public posts until then.” One message, whole team briefed.
