Open Telegram and message your bot. Say hi!

2. Give a Task

Just tell them what you need:

• "I need help writing a blog post about [topic]"
• "Can you research our top 3 competitors?"
• "Help me improve the copy on our homepage"

3. Check Progress

Visit the Dashboard to see:

• Tasks: what's being worked on
• Activity: recent actions by your squad
• Documents: deliverables and drafts

4. Provide Feedback

When reviewing deliverables:

• ✅ "Great, but make the intro punchier"
• ✅ "I like it, but we never use 'synergy'"
• ✅ "Perfect! Ship it."

Your squad learns from feedback.

5. Daily Check-in (5 min)

1. Review activity feed
2. Answer any questions
3. Approve completed work
4. Add new tasks

That's it! The squad works autonomously between your check-ins.
