Getting Started (The 2-Minute Version)
1. Message Your Squad
Open the dashboard chat and say hi to your Lead Agent!
2. Give a Task
Just tell them what you need:
- "I need help writing a blog post about [topic]"
- "Can you research our top 3 competitors?"
- "Help me improve the copy on our homepage"
3. Check Progress
Visit the Dashboard to see:
- Mission Control: the board - what's being worked on, and what needs you
- Live Feed: recent actions by your squad
- Docs: deliverables and drafts
Prefer Telegram? Connect a bot any time from Settings → Telegram: same squad, another door in.
4. Provide Feedback
When reviewing deliverables:
- ✅ "Great, but make the intro punchier"
- ✅ "I like it, but we never use 'synergy'"
- ✅ "Perfect! Ship it."
Your squad learns from feedback.
5. Daily Check-in (5 min)
- Review activity feed
- Answer any questions
- Approve completed work
- Add new tasks
That's it! The squad works autonomously between your check-ins.
