Can multiple team members share one workspace?

A workspace belongs to one business, with the owner holding the controls. Teammates join the work in two ways:

1. Telegram, together - allow a teammate on a bot and they talk to the squad exactly like you do.
2. Read-only share link - anyone with the link watches two pages, live: the Mission Control board (squad and activity included) and Docs. No account needed.

Talking to the squad as a team

Each Telegram bot answers only the people on its allowlist - you're always on it, and you add teammates per bot under Settings → Telegram → "Who can message it" using their Telegram user ID. An allowed teammate chats with the squad the same way you do: hand agents work, ask for status, reply to questions. Agents keep track of who's who and attribute each person's comments and requests. Bots can also sit in group chats - turn on Group chats for that bot, and inside the group it still answers only the people on its allowlist.

Decisions that need the owner's judgment still route to the owner as tickets.

The read-only share link

Public dashboard (Settings → Public dashboard) publishes a read-only view at a share link: the Mission Control board (squad, missions, activity) and Docs. Docs means every document in the workspace - listed, openable, searchable - so share with that in mind. Squad chat stays private. Toggle it on, copy the link, and drop it in an investor update or a client channel. Regenerate the link any time (old links die instantly); search-engine indexing stays off unless you say otherwise.

What stays with the owner

The dashboard sign-in, billing, agent configuration, and workspace-level controls belong to the owner. Teammates work through Telegram and follow along through the share link.

💡 Tip: The public link is the cheapest trust artifact you own: "here's our live board" lands harder than any status update - and costs you zero upkeep.
