Step 4: Launch Your Mission Control
After entering your credentials, provisioning begins automatically.

Total time: ~5 minutes
⚠️ If "Installing AI" takes more than 5 minutes, something may have gone wrong. Email support@missioncontrolhq.ai and we'll reset your workspace. Once you're past that step, you're in the clear!
If Something Fails
- Check your credentials: bot token and setup token should be valid
- Try again: click "Launch My Mission Control" to retry
- Contact support: support@missioncontrolhq.ai
After Provisioning
You'll see a success screen with:
- Link to your Telegram bot
- Link to your dashboard
🚨 CRITICAL: Go to Telegram First!
Do NOT start using the dashboard yet.
Your squad isn't ready until you complete onboarding in Telegram. The dashboard will be empty and confusing if you skip this step.
Next step: Open your Telegram bot and talk to your Lead Agent. They'll guide you through setting up your squad (takes ~10 minutes).
Only after that conversation should you come back to the dashboard.
