🧠 Memory: what the squad remembers

4 min read

Every correction you make, preference you state, and fact you establish can outlive the conversation it happened in. Memory is where that lives - browse the recent facts your squad has learned, or switch to the Graph tab to see the entities they track (people, companies, projects) and how they connect.

You shape it by talking: “remember that we never discount past 20%”, “Zdeno prefers short emails”, “our fiscal year starts in February”. Agents also remember implicitly - the voice-doc edits, the ticket answers, the way you rewrite their drafts.

Seed the memories that matter most

Remember these permanently: [3–5 facts about your business that agents keep getting wrong or asking about — pricing floors, key people, hard constraints, tone rules]. Confirm each back to me in one line so I know how you stored it.

💡 Tip: When an agent gets something wrong twice, the fix is a memory, not a correction: “remember: …” beats explaining again next month.
