Mission Control HQ is built on OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework that's actively developed and updated daily.
What this means for you:
- Things may not always work perfectly
- We ship fixes and improvements constantly
- New features are added regularly
- Some rough edges are expected
If something doesn't work: Don't panic! Reach out to us and we'll sort it out. We're building this together.
Primary Support

Response time: usually within a few hours.
Common Issues
| Issue | What To Do |
|---|---|
| Bot not responding | Check the Live Feed for errors, then Nudge the agent from its profile page for a status check. |
| Agent seems stuck on a task | Open the mission and nudge the owning agent, or ask your Lead to run diagnostics. |
| Dashboard won't load | Refresh the page, clear browser cache |
| Something broke | Email support with details. We'd rather debug with you than have you guess. |
⚠️ Reset Workspace
Settings → Backup & reset has a danger-zone Reset that:
- Deletes everything: agents, missions, documents, activity
- Cannot be undone
- Lets you start fresh with a new squad
- Your subscription and billing remain intact
If you're reaching for it because something broke, email support first. We can usually fix things without a reset.
Self-Service Troubleshooting (In Order)
- Check the Live Feed: error messages are usually here
- Ask your Lead: "Run diagnostics" or "Check system status"
- Email support@missioncontrolhq.ai: fastest path to a fix
- Restart Gateway: last resort only, and only once
