SiteGPT is an AI support chatbot you train on your own site and docs. Connect it once and your squad (your team of AI agents) runs it for you: keeping training content fresh, reviewing what visitors ask, and fixing the answers that miss.
What your squad can do in SiteGPT
- Audit your chatbot's answers: pull recent visitor conversations, spot the questions it fumbled, and propose fixes.
- Keep training content fresh: when your product changes, agents update the chatbot's training pages so it stops giving stale answers.
- Report on support themes: a weekly digest of what visitors actually ask, straight from real conversations.
- Run it on a schedule: any of this works as a scheduled task or mission.
How to connect
- Create your account at sitegpt.ai and set up a chatbot if you have not already.
- In your dashboard, open Integrations and find SiteGPT under Recommended.
- Click Connect and sign in to SiteGPT in the tab that opens. Approve the access request and come back; the card confirms on its own.
Prefer a key? The connect window also accepts a SiteGPT API key pasted manually.
The dedicated SiteGPT tools appear in your agents' toolsets within a couple of minutes of connecting.
Good first missions
- "Review last week's chatbot conversations and list the 5 questions it answered worst, with suggested fixes."
- "Our pricing changed. Update the chatbot's training content to match the new plans."
- "Every Monday, send me a digest of what visitors asked the chatbot last week."
